coz it has more lactose hence richer taste..

but it also has a slower absorption.

i used to do that, but now im just gonna eat real food after workouts instead.

whey as soon as u wake up and immediately after your workout.
casein before bed.

yo i ordered that too but didn't open it , i thought it was gonnataste like crap

Casein is good for mornings and night.....use your whey before/during/after you workout.

Caisen is going to break down in your digestive system slower than weigh.

So it depends on if you're wanting a big spike of protein or a steady supply.


Since I don't have the money to buy Caisen and way I just drink Whey pre workout and drink whey MIXED with milk before bed. Milk naturally has Caisen protein in it and that naturally slows down the breakdown of whey when they're mixed.

Supplements are great, but remember that they are supplements for a reason. Real food is going to give the best results IMO.

Whey is a very fast absorbing protein. Casein is much slower.

I prefer egg whites and milk, however and then a mixture of these in moderation every few days.
