What you need
-Chicken
-Spices
-Wheat germ

Spice the chicken with whichever spices you like,I used a dash of Tony Chachere's.
Coat the chicken with the wheat germ to your liking. Bake at 350 for 60min.

Voila! Pretty tasty!

I'll have to try this. But what I do is.

Chicken Breast Tender Strips
2 Eggs
Low-Fat/Sodium Italian Bread crumbs


Pre Heat Oven to 350
Beat two eggs in a bowl
Put Bread crumbs on a flat dish
Wash Chicken
Drop Chicken in beated eggs
Roll them in bread crumbs
Put on baking sheet
Bake for about 20-30 Mins.


And there you have it. Chicken Tenders!!!!

My mom makes some healthy homemade chicken nuggets, they're delicious.
