Saw this on another board, thought it was pretty neat. It shows how each quarterback did(going off QB rating) in relation to their salary cap value.

going off that chart, it's gotta be Brees. He has the highest QB rating and he gets paid middle of the pack.

edit: okay..maybe it is Romo technically...but I think all GMs would prefer a better QB even if it mean paying a little bit more.

However, realistically, any team with a quarterback near the top of that chart is happy. Finding a good qb is hard (ask Oakland and SF, my hometown teams).

Yeah Rivers signed a new contract extension this year though, I think he's around 15mil+ per year now
