hey all im playing lacrosse in university and i was thinking that i would record whats going on and stuff and see really how much i change through the season..Tomorrow we got our first practice of the year at 620am and then another one at 6pm. We do an hour of conditioning before practice..we usually practice 4-5 days a week plus games and weight lifting sessions. The weight room workouts at the moment are consisting of 4 supersets involving excercises that are you usually off balance...such as excercise ball bench and single leg squats etc..Stats about now are:
1 mile run:5:35
bench press:225lb
not sure what the 40 is but fitness testing is saturday...
