Hello guys,

Well im getting ready to cut for the summer after a long holiday pause.. I got this in my email ( http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/male-20to39-fat-loss/training ) and i watched it all and it sounds pretty good!.. So I started calculating my calories with the calculator in the nutrition section on that URL.. And it says this ->

Im 106 kilograms.. 233.689998lbs * 15 = 3505 kcals.. Now wow thats alot of kcals..

According to that trainer I am suppose to -500 from that number and that should be good for me.. Now thats 3000 kcals.. i still think thats alot.. Is this right for me ?

My stats - 22-23 years old, 106 kg and around 22-3% BF ..

Your stats say 10' Wow you are tall. :)

Anyhow, * 15 - 500 is high. I cut at bosyweight * 10. So in your case 2330 cal per day.

Thanks, I just changed it, im 6 ! ..

Im gonna start around 2500kcals
