I have read the nutritional websites stick and I have registered with a few of them ad they are great and very informative but they don't actually track your cals, fat, protein ect each day do they ?

What I am looking for is to put my food info into the spreadsheet or w/e and it will record it dated and save it somewhere for me and what would be a bonus if it had pie charts and other fluff.

The ones I have looked at seem to just let you add a bunch of foods together but it doesn't actually save, record or compare the day, weeks, months ect.

Does anyone know if there are any products like this and which ones worked for you?

Thanks I tried the trial version but I didn't find what I was looking for, do I need to BUY it to unlock the things I want or did I miss it on the free version?

If you have an iPhone, download the free app called Loseit. It will do everything you want and it's always with you.

livestrong.com 's daily plate is the easiest one I've used so far....I hate fitday...its dumb.
