View Full Version : My diet! Good or Bad?

I am trying to lose 15 - 20lbs. I want to keep muscle but lose bodyfat! For awhile i only ate Chicken, Veggies, and Protein Daily, and occasionally ate out. This was over 6 months ago! I'm currently 185-190lbs. and i eat whatever, whenever. I have decided to start P90X, but do not have the nutrition guide. So i thought just to go back to the diet i had before. I'll start at 2000 cals. per day and slowly take it down while keeping my protein at 160-200g per day. I would like to be cut by June 2010. Hell if not sooner i think the P90X will do the trick!????
