Well I dont want to eat too much calories, cuz I plan on cutting afterwards and I worked really hard to lose all this fat, so I dont want to overload my body with calories. Apparently my maintenance level is about 2900 range. I probably eat around 3500 calories, sometimes less, a day. Is that enough to gain muscle and not put on too much fat? Plus, I eat about 3 eggs every morning and like 2 to 3 chicken breasts scattered throughout the day..I wanna eat lean-ish but gain. I just did a lot of leg press and I am dying. I am concerned if I am not putting enough calories in my body to repair. I eat a lot of protein and good carbs.

Secondary question: I freaking love white rice. Is that bad? Also is eating the egg yolks bad? (I dont get much fat either way, so I figured its ok)
