Alot of this may be seasonally adjusted , some of it , such as the Oracle profits won't be.
Seems like there is more spending in the economy ten even I once thought

The U.S. dollar is making strong moves up the last few weeks actually. It was 1.50 / Euro a few weeks ago, it's now 1.42 or so. It was only 1.40 when I was in Europe last, sometime in early summer this year.

Profit doesn't directly equal spending. If you cut costs, your profits go up on same amount of spending FWIW. And I'm just speaking in general, didn't check out link.

Didn't get to look at link when I posted, was on my way out. Was going by your wording of business/corporate profits up, didn't see any mention of increased sales then.

But yea, YoY are looking better than I thought too.

Both sides are in pocket of big business, why would they annihilate them??

Kind of like all of that previous talk of to big too fail. Amazing(Or sad) we don't hear much mention of it anymore.
