I'm trying to bulk atm, and I'm eating a lot on my training days and my off days. I currently work out 3x a week, mon , wed., and fri. My question is, should I be eating a lot on sunday still, or will that just be mostly turned to fat? I question only this day really because its the only day that's a second rest day in a row. Are my muscles done rebuilding by then?
