I actually noticed for the first time I've never really had Christmas dinner...Usually we do a buffet style deal with ham/lasagna/chinese/whatever else anyone brings to my Uncle's but since he isn't having it this year we are getting it catered by an italian place my family loves and my grandmother is making a spiral ham...On Christmas Eve however, I will dine on shrimp cocktail, lobster tail, linguini, pie, ice cream, cookies, hot chocolate and a hell of a lot of lindor truffles! ...Before heading to a family friend's party and further engorging on mini hotdogs, chips, those huge deli sandwiches people usually order for the superbowl and of course some good old fashioned eggnog...Man I love Christmas, and man I love that I need to gain weight :)

EDIT: Just remembered I'm also attending girlfrien'ds family's those nights as well so who knows what else!

On christmas eve we all make homemade tamales, then on christmas day we will have your average holiday potluck/meal with the addition of prime rib as the main meat source...oh sooo goood!
