5x5 Strength work out at the start under the advice that strength training during cutting can greatly help retain muscle while cutting.

After that-

Weight Lifting complexes for fat-burning, cardio weight lifting from hell.

What do you think?

No point in the complexes. Just do 5x5 or Rippetoes three days, LISS/HIIT three days, and rest day 7. You need time to recover.

Not to mention complexes can be exceedingly dangerous, especially if you are doing any of the big lifts.
