I am off 3 weeks from school for x-mas break. I will be doing strong lifts 5x5. My current weight is 170pds(12 bf) and my goal is 185(14 bf or below), i know that this isnt possible in 3 weeks, and i will be editing the diet to fit my school needs after these 3 weeks. Im just looking for advice on this meal plan.

*Meal #1(11:00am) - Medium bowl of Oatmeal, 1 Banana, 3 whole eggs, 20 oz whole milk
Pre-Workout(12:00am)- N.O. Explode, 16 oz. bottle of water
Post-Workout(1:30pm)- True-Mass Shake
*Meal #2(3:30pm)- 2 Crunchy Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches, 20 oz whole milk
Meal #3(6:00pm)- 10 oz Chicken/or Steak, mixed vegetables, 2 potatoes, 20 oz whole milk
*Meal #4(8:30pm)- 2 Tuna sandwiches, 16 oz. bottle of water
Pre-bed (11:00pm) - Muscle Milk Shake

Note: (*) indicates I will be taking an Opti-Men multivitamin.

Will this diet plan help me gain lean mass? Also, how many calories are in this diet?

You can count the calories we cant possibly even try. We don't know what kind of bread, PB, how big your bananas are, how much tuna, or how much is in a bowl of oatmeal. I'd say count out the cals and macros of your diet and we could better help you with advice.

k... you can count right? why would we want to count your caloric intake out? just saying... but your protein sources look pretty good. Make sure to measure your portions and if it were me I'd ditch a mass gainer for Whey, banana, PB and oatmeal or just a whey shake with a PB and banana sandwich
