I'm getting circumcised in a few hours...

I like to exercise at home since I can't afford the gym at the moment,
ya know, push ups, sit ups, squats, running around, etc...

Please...PLEASE tell me there is something I can possibly do while recovering from this
for the next 4-5 weeks.

I don't think you're gonna want to do anything, other than lay on the couch, pop those little pain pills the doc gives you, and recover from the mental trauma that comes from the proceedure! I would concentrate on 12oz curls if it were me (lol)!

Follow the Docs orders. You don't want to get an infection or interfere with the healing process! I would think push ups would be fine as long as you don't bump the floor!

lol, I'll have to agree with the above poster. Genitalia are naturally really sensitive, so any type of strenuous exercise should be avoided. I recently had, and am currently stil recovering from, a case of epidydimitis. Any type of physical activity resulted in pain. I couldn't even turn over in bed without feeling pain. All I could do was walk to the bathroom and urinate, but even standing resulted in a significant amount of pain.

I had stop working out and stay inside for the last three weeks.

I'm guessing push up on the stairs, without my mid area touching the stairs is in order....
but i'll probably try that in a week or so. -_-;

i just wouldnt do anything that may jiggle/jolt the area...like jogging or T-Bar rows. I'd just really focus on diet since you'll be relatively cardioless and perhaps get yourself a resistance band. Tie it to something and you can do many of the gym exercises at home. Cost me $1 per foot at a local Play It Again Sports. Bought 2x 4ft of the strongest band they had. Tie it to a bed post and you can do all sorts of curls/extensions/presses/rows/squats etc etc. Just find a comfortable position and do some work.

Really though, diet will make up for 90% of the fat loss, so just don't cheat as best you can while staying in a deficit and have fun recovering, don't watch porn.
