Here iam bothering u girls with my questions ...well thats the only why to clear the things for me... i checked this Weight Maintenance Calculator than shows me 2046 kcal a day i should take .. so if im trying to lose 1pond a week .. im cutting 500grams a day wich brings down 1600 kcal diet.... is that correct...? but if im training 4x week and burning 700 kcal there ...thats why i should eat 1800 kcal a day coz would be less 300 from i should take plus this 700 im burning from the workout brings me less 2lbs a week ???

The Harris_Benedict formula is generally used by most dieticians and sports nutritionists

How do i know if im moderate act? or lightly?etc...?
How do i check this?im 4x weights week and 3x30 running cardio...

I would put that in the moderate category

Honestly, I think you are getting too caught up in the numbers. It isn't an exact science. Start with a pallpark amount, stick with it for say, 4 weeks, then make adjustments as required.
