Been train for 4 years ...and 2 of them years i bulk up a lot went for 11st to 13.10st. them 3 year i drop my weight down to 12st started kickboxing and rock climbing.. been work for ups load and unload for a year now.. i more rip and fit now then was i was 13.10.st ... i know 70% of bodybuilding cum down to is what u eat and now try to eat evey 2 to 3 hours... like to be about 13st but not but the fat on... can any help me on what i can eat..

chest 80kg 10 to 12 reps

dead lift 155kg 12 reps

Squats 105kg rep 15

What the **** are you talking about. Am I missing something here?

What's this st stuff... what measurement method is this? Is this like Body fat or something?

Well what does 12st and 13st mean. Is it the % of body fat or something?

What is the ST?

st-lb (British stone-pounds) <-- Is that it?

Translation For Duh English Peoplez!

I've been training for 4 years. Two of those years I gained a good deal of weight. I went from 154 lbs to 183.4 lbs. Then over 3 years I dropped my weight down to 168 lbs.

(Next part is fuzzy but I think it says)

I've been working for UPS doing loading and Unloading for a year now, I'm a good deal more ripped and in shape then when I was 183.4 lbs. I know about 70% of body building is your diet. I've been trying to eat every 2-3 hours now. I'd like to be about 182 lbs but remain lean and not gain too much fat in the process.

Does anyone have suggestions for my diet and perhaps the various foods I could eat?

How about my homemade weight gainer shake which I am currently drinking:

1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup 3.25% (Homogenized) Milk
2 scoops Breyer's Classic Maple Walnut

It's even got nice crunchy walnut bits in it while you drink.
