I am currently weighing 245 lbs and am about 6 foot. I am trying to cut down to 220 weight class for competitions. I would like to compete there by middle of january. I currently lift 6 days out of the week for 60 minutes. I also do 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week. I started a new diet two days ago to cut, my previous diet was 4500 calories and about 250/300/250 prot/carb/fat respectfully. Here is my new diet, plz tell me what you think and give me your opinion on how i can improve in order to make weight sooner. Thanks...


2300 calories and about
Prot 200 grams 53%
carb 75 grams 20%
fat 100 grams 26%

a sample day of food would be...

9am-1/4cup oats
2 eggs
2 egg whites
green tea

1:30pm isopure and protien complex shakes

3:30pm 2 servings green beans
2 low carb hot dogs

6:30pm 2 slices of cheese 3 slices ham

9:30pm 4 oz tipalia
celery
1 tbsp of organic peanut butter
greek yogurt

11pm isopure and protien complex shake

thats what i ate today and came to about 2200 calories
