If you had to pick 5 foods/beverages to live on for the rest of your life with the following conditions:

The upside: no matter what the foods are or how much of them you ate, you would stay as healthy and fit as you would if following a healthy diet.
The downside: you could only ingest those 5, no others (water included).

Would you do it?
If so, What would you chose?

- Red Emperor (a Reef Fish)
- Avocados
- Cheesecake
- Macadamia Nuts
- Tasmanian Rock Lobster

Wow I really am a fat/meat eater at heart :)

In the end even if I could stay healthy, I wouldn't do it, becauses as good as they taste, you get sick of the same 5 things eventually, as hard as it would be to get sick of cheescake :)

Fettuccine Alfredo /w Chicken
Thick ass loaded burrito's (all condiments minus guacamole **** is nasty)
Any fat ass Steak (pick one)
Pumpkin Pie (with whipped Cream, not the spray ****)

Looks like most people over looked the bold area. Or their full of **** ;)

is there anything I can't make with those?I'm guessing you're going to make your own pasta to get in your nightly pre-bed carbs, right ? If so, you're going to need some eggs.

I'd recommend getting rid of the whole milk and pork and getting a cow or piggy. :p

-eggs
-steak
-Romaine Lettuce
-blueberries
-a gorgeous female butt
(if the last option is not allowed I'll take oats instead)

Seriously thou they say Peanut Butter has everything one needs to live.
Also, monkeys can live for extremely long periods on only bananas, so that is another good choice. The other choices are oranges and avocados.

That's easy I've been eating like the same products for almost 2 years continually.

Peanut butter (if i had to pick a brand, it would be skippy super chunk)
100% whole bread ( I've eat over 7 slices a day)
Whole milk
Bananas ( way easier than consuming a lot of raisins, my second favorite fruit)
soya beans (it's the only vegetable that can pack enough calories in one cup)

Of course this is to be when I weigh around 131 - 134. You can survive eating this 5 iteams like me, but you'll be a skinny piece of #%^$... like me :-(
