View Full Version : Pre and post workout suggestion?

I usually workout around 7-8 until 9-10. I usually take oats and 1 scoop (24g) of whey mixed in water prior to workout. As post workout, just whey in water or skim milk since its too late.

any other suggestions?

Too late for what? carbs? fat?

You can still eat at that time of night. If you dont have time before going to sleep I would try to make a bit more for the food
