View Full Version : Low iron in blood tests. reccomendations?

So i got my recent blood tests and my iron level is at 17 when the min is 23 and max is 336!!!! YEah so now i'm wondering what can i do to increase it and not bein anemic.

Do you take multivitamins? Probably a good idea if you don't considering the high protein diets of bodybuilders. I have to pick up some more today.

Take a multi, eat red meat, eat liver.

eat red meat and pork, but consider taking a vitamin c supp with each (500mg vitamin c).

I had the same test results and did this and it took care of it

Why did they check an iron level? And what are the results of the rest of the iron panel? A single test doesn't help much.
