Is extra virgin olive oil bad for you?

Or is it pure goodness to the body. Cause it makes everything taste yummy. Which is usually an indicator that its probably bad for you.

It is a good source of fat for the body, as long as you don't eat in extreme excess

OP, try cooking with olive oil instead of just taking shots of it (*shudders*)

Yea I mean i could drink Virgin Olive Oil all day long if I wanted. But it Doesnt seem like a good Idea.

is the Negatives of it the Saturated Fat? cause I mean theres not a lot in it per table spoon like 0.4grams. You goto dairy queen and order a dessert and its like 40gram of saturated Fat(How is this legal?) lol
