Would it be better if as my aim is to lose excess fat (not that I have a lot anyway) but also to become more defined....to stop taking maximuscle promax shake and just stuck to going to the gym doing my usual and taking LS7-MX tablets 30mins before exercise/food?Just felt that I was puttin on weight with the promax unless I am wrong and it is helping me become defined? ps am female if that helps any1

protein shakes don't make you gain weight. eating over maintenance does. if you are able to get your 1g protein / lb bodyweight in w/out the shake then i guess you can drop the shake. however, if you can't, keep the shake and drop some carbs.
