What is the best way to preserve my muscle of a pre contest diet if I have to run for the military?
Should I take before/after my running to preserve my muscles. Would your recommend 5g BCAA/5g Glutamine before and after running. Also what is a good amount of carbs to take in before my run if I weigh 178lbs at 7% bodfat? Maybe 40g? Should this be something of simple sugars 30 min before my run?
