So today at about 1:00pm I'll be weight lifting for 45min or so. Usually I weight lift, have a shake, go home take a shower and eat lunch. Now though, I joined a MMA club at my school so I'll be weight lifting at 1 and the club starts at 3 today... I'm used to my normal routine of eating so my question is what's the best way to get nutrition at this time, when there's no time for lunch? I don't want to eat a lot before throwing kicks and punches. I have about an hour between workouts. (I'm on a bulk btw)

I'll still have my shake after weight lift (dextrose-protein-creatine)

Should I just add something small to that and have a big dinner?
