View Full Version : Need help constructing cals Dave Palumbo Diet

First day on Dave Palumbo diet. I tried to moderate the calories from his 200 lb example, because im only 179 lb. Do you guys think I am eating to much to cut?

First day on diet so far:
Meal 1: 5 whole eggs
Meal 2: 30 gram protein drink (30 g protein, 5 g carb) and 1 tbsp all nat pb
Meal 3: 8 oz chicken w/ 20 almonds

I haven't felt hungry at all all day. The calories total for the day are around 2400. Is this too much for my 179 lb , 5 ft 9 frame? I've been drinking water steady throughout the day. Eating 3 hours apart. I have felt good, i thought your body was supposed to go into shock or something?
I was on a bulk with 3600 cals and not losing weight.

Going to workout soon after meal 4.

Rest of today is...
meal 4: 35 g protein drink (3 g carb) and 1 tbsp all nat pb
Meal 5: 8 oz salmon with green salad with 1 tbsp olive oil
Meal 6: Repeat meal 4

My advice would be to get off that diet
Unhealthy
