That website says 2300 so i would have to eat 2700 to build mass?

Well if your actual maintenance is 2,300, you could gain mass on anything greater than that number. I'd try eating at that calorie amount for 1 - 2 weeks and see if you gain or lose weight first, then adjust gradually if needed.

this is good advice. Don't go too far overboard with cals or you might gain a lot of unwanted fat. experiment for yourself but I wouldn't start at more than +300/day over maintenance.

Depends on how many extra calories you're burning per day when you throw in weight training and other exercise.

To be fair i aint really that active through the day so wouldnt think i burn meny cals.
