I AM SKINNY BUT, I HAVE MY BELLY LIKE JELLY
I DO WORKAUT AT HOME, 3-4 DAYS A WEEK 1 HR. I START A LOW
FAT AND CARB. DIET WITH 100GR OF PROTEIN. SOMETIMES I USE XENADRINE AND THERMOSERUM.
