View Full Version : 'Cut' to 'Slow Clean Bulk' Diet (Critique please - All macros suppled)

Hi all,

I'm about to make a slow transfer from a cut diet to a bulk diet.

My rough daily macros during my cut were 2208 calories (212c/254p/33f).

Attached is an accurate spreadsheet of my slow clean bulk at 2721 calories (282c/277p/41f) per day. I realize that the fats are a bit low, but since I will almost certainly have to increase the calories to find the right bulking balance, I plan to increase them mostly with fats.

My specific questions are:
(1) How do the macros look generally?
(2) Do my pre, post and post-post workout meals look appropriate?
(3) Should I eat some more fats in my last meal?
(4) Any other suggestions!

we need to know your weight and height to see if this would be good for you first of all. and yes you do need more fats.

You can easily cut carbs and increase fats - get rid of some oats and have more eggs or maybe throw in some nuts or half fat cheese (yes, a little sat fat is no problem at all). Make a cheese omellet.

I approve of chicken curry - it's what I had yesterday - but I added lentils as they are higher in protein than rice. :)

I don't like to see such rigid diet plans. You should really only concern yourself with getting calories reasonably accurate and a minimum level of protein. Then you can have more variety

Add more healthy fats, cut back on protein.
