Or a sub. I've heard of people even using unflavored yogurt. Whatever is good in their opinion and isnt full of fat. Doesn't have to be mayo at all. Just a substitute.

It really depends on the food item.

Straight up! Greek yogurt is an amazing substitute. It is very high in protein, low in carbohydrates, can be made with no fat, and the taste is very good.

I'm mainly looking at using it on tuna fish and on a sandwich with turkey or chicken.

Low fat or nonfat yogurt works great. I love the taste. Also lowfat cottage cheese works well with some things like egg salad sandwiches.

like others have mentioned, lowfat greek yogurt. if you get it plain, its like 9g carbs, 23g protein, 140 calories per cup. It also has almost identical consistency, and adds some good flavor.

I've tried a non fat 15 calorie mayo(per tbsp) and it's crap. Go with the greek yoghurt.
I personally like salsa on my tuna and in fact crave it on some days..

Really?

I'm wondering why no one ever informed me about this....

Mayo is delicious. You can always make room in your diet for the real thing instead of choking down this low/no fat crap. Same goes with real butter, ketchup, etc.

Since I could care less for mayo, I use light mayo. I forget the exact brand, but I know there is a no-fat mayo. I'll edit this post when I get home and find out.
