get rid of the low fat mayo (crap fillers)
Use vinegar/mustard/spices or oil if you need some fat

i go through like 2 jars of mustard a week, love that stuff, dijon, brown, horseradish....endless possibilites

Yeah, drop the mayo.
It does add great taste, but add some spices rather than may.
No such thing as good mayonaise. Haha.

If you enjoy your mayo, eat it. I personally have hated mayo ever since I was a little kid.
