I've had a sick amount of kidney beans today...

im unsure about it though, per 1/2 cup serving it has 29g protein in it with plenty of carbs and calories.

had a 1/2 cup this morning and a 1/2 cup when I got home. thats...58g protein, 700cal

is it okay?

I'm not convinced. One cup of kidney beans have 15g. Can you double check? That would be a lot cheaper than protein powders, and I would be all over it.

well these ones have 29g protein / 350 calories
good amount of carbs too.

just go to the store and look at the differnt kinds and find the ones with the most protein I guess. First package I saw had 18g protein per serving, next up had 23g, then I shat brix when I saw the one with 29g protein.

Theres no way it has 29g per half cup, adding up your nutritional components comes to 115g from 100g of food, of which must be at least 20% water.

your label may be for dried kidney beans, raw
