Could try freezing some greek yogurt, not sure if that'll destroy the enzymes or w.e but tastes good :P

A very easy yummy dessert is similar to the filling inside canolis. Just take a portion of ricotta cheese and sprinkle a packet of splenda on top of it. I also add a very small amount (half a capful) of almond extract. Stir it up with a spoon.

Greek yogurt with some cake batter (or vanilla) flavored whey and a bit of lemon juice tastes like cheesecake. I use MGN Cake Batter whey for this... the xanthan gum in the protein thickens the yogurt up a bit, so if you whip some air into it while you mix it, it takes on a very cheesecakey feeling in your mouth.

Fatfree, sugarfree Jello pudding powder with a scoop of whey and skimmed milk...
Pistachio is my personal favourite...

UCFBuilder posted this a little while back and I've been having it for my pre-bed meal since..

1 Sugar Free Jello Pudding Cup
1 Scoop Casein
1 Scoop WHEY
2 TBSP Natty PB
2 oz. Milk

I use Chocolate Whey and Casein. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, put it in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours, and it comes out like Chocolate PB Ice Cream.

With fat free milk, comes out to:

~500 cals
20g Fat
26g Carb
52g Protein

Love this. Been eating this for years minus the freezing part. Taste like one huge bowl of Reeses Cup. To me anyways. :)
