View Full Version : is this too much fruit per day?

1 large banana
2 large apples
2 large dates(dried fruit)
1 plum or peach
1 cup berries or grapes


it fits in my macros but its a lot of sugar? im not sure if there is any difference between the sugar from fruit and the sugar from junk but i think its all the same

do not overthink it...fruits are meant to be gorged on , relished, enjoyed............

evry fuc*** fruit tastes awesome...so stop thinking , grab some fruits and go om nom nom nom :)

seriously, fruits and veggies are the most potent nutritional sources on the planet, and when placed up against other carb sources they trump all of them.
