I did a search and counlnt find any thing

but can anyone reccommend me any books that are not text books on the topics of exercise science, exercise physiology, metabolism, human biochemistry, and the body's energy systems (areobic, anerobic, and creatine phosphate pathways). The more in detail the better. Thanks

If you want the more detail the better, then you will need multiple books to cover the different topics.

This one isn't that great on metabolism and biochem, but its comprehensive:

It is, however, a textbook.
