can i spare alot of muscle and lose fat while on a keto type diet? i need tips but below is my idea

i will take creatine and lift 4 times a week. i will eat 3 times a day(its most convenient for me)

im eating carbs post workout so i can save my muscle. if im doing this wrong plz correct me

meal 1- eggs, cheese, chicken breast(or steak)

meal 2(post workout meal)- white tortilla, chicken breast, cheese, organic ketchup

meal 3- eggs, cheese, chicken breast(or steak)

would i spare more muscle if i ate 1 scoop of whey before my workout and 1 scoop of whey after my workout?
