Is it possible to change your body's anatomical clock? I want to be able to wake up at a certain time and even if I do sleep early, I just can't do it...

It is possible to change your biological clock. The best way is to set your alarm clock back 15 minutes once a week. So if you are used to getting up at 7:00 am set your alarm for 6:45 am for one week, then for 6:30 am for the second week, and so on...

Of course you may also want to make sure you go to bed at an earlier time to compensate for the earlier wake-ups.

I should have read your question a little closer. As for your anatomical clock...I don't think there is such a thing.

I generally go to sleep at 2 in the afternoon and wake up at 10 at night...so yeah, it's possible. :)
