Ok ive been using my Acuvue digital caliper for a while now, and i just dont believe it anymore, I get somewhere between 12-15% consistently. So heres a pic from before my bulk, and then midway through my bulk. Where do you think i am in the pics?

Stats 5'10 185 before bulk
5'10 199 during bulk

first pic is the latest, 2nd is prior to bulk up

I'd say your more then 12-15%. I never understood how those worked. I use a manual caliper. Those seem to work pretty dam good.

Near 15%, cut that fat down to single digits and you'll look phenomenal, you know you wanna.

Pics look doctored, like they've been stretched vertically or something.

Rather than using all the **** you listed above why not just get the diet/workout in check and your achieve it without the worry of damaging yourself.

lol not sure why i would doctor images when trying to get a true estimate of my bf, they were stretched at a corner angle so i could fit them in the same shot. So not doctored lol

Ok here are the photos individually straight from camera to here.
Its easier comparison when their together imho.
But for this purpose maybe this is the better method.

The images look identical to me no stretching.

So thoughts on bf?

agreed. calories in/out, protein=LBM, and a little cardio every now & again is the combination for the best kind of weight loss. your liver will thank you & the results will stick around even after your "supplies" run out.

I have the diet and workout down, have had it down for quite a while. Im coming off a bulk now which is why im higher then id like to be. Supps help complement a good routine, bottom line. If supps can knock a month off of my cut, and give me that month to start gaining new muscle, then its worth it. Thats all.

Thx for the responses fellas, on recharge but ill get some reps to you tomorrow.
