View Full Version : First two meals, How does this look so far?

meal 1 - 1.5 cups of oats, 2 cup milk, 1 scoop of whey.

meal 2 - 1.5 cups of oats, 2 cups milk, 1 can of tuna.

totals - 1500 110/218/20



other meals will be

meal (post-workout) 3 - 2 scoops of whey, 2 cups of milk, 2 pieces of wheat bread with PB.

meal 4 - 5 eggs, 1 bagel + cream cheese.

meal 5 - not sure. chicken or tuna + 1.5 cups of oats, 2 cups of milk.


bulking. right now around 195.

sounds boring. no veggies, eggs, beef? i think i would kill myself if i ate oatmeal for more than 1 meal a day.

edit: didn't see eggs on the bottom

its quick and easy, i just grind the oats up and put them in the milk. I have chicken I'm going to cook up later for tomorrow and sunday.

Yeah you need more veggies, are you trying to gain or cut or maintain?
