I searched and have seen many threads on apple cider vinager, but none on just apple cider. I have really gotten in the mood for some, but I don't want it to halt my fat loss that I have going. So what do you all think, is it good or bad for my situation, and how much different is it than from eating an apple? Thanks.

I think the idea is the acid content. From the Japanese study, they identified acetic acid to turn on certain genes that triggered fat burning and thermogenesis.

Here's a good post on it from nutrition diva

Caveats (says in the link),
1. On mice
2. Equivalent human dosage ~20oz/day

P.S. I've been drinking ACV for years just cause it tastes good :)
