View Full Version : Eating Clean, or Keto for bulking?

Hi, I've been bulking for around 2 months now and gained 9lbs while on a Modified Low-Carb, Timed Ketogenic diet. It's gone well and the fat gain hasn't been too bad, though I'm not sure what the typical muscle:fat ratio is. Of the 9 pounds I've gained I'd say 2-4 have been fat.

I'm wondering if I might see better results by eating a more traditional, clean diet.

Eating clean won't be a problem, any measures necessary will be taken, lol.

Input? Thanks!

Reps for good answers!

I personally dont think KETO is healhty nor is it an effective option long term for most
you can stay with loewr carbs but make sure theyu are from high quality foods nutritionally speaking (veggies primarily and then some fruit and whole grains)
