hey guys im new here and i am currently 6'2 and 180-185 pounds......
iam wanting to make my abs show more i know my bf% is way over 14 or so and my trainer just got me on a 2000 calorie diet....... i workout monday wednesday friday and cardio but i need help on makin my abs show more can someone help? thanks

well, if you have a trainer, he should already have you on a diet/work-out plan catering to your goals. post the diet plan that he gave you, and we can go from there.

Nastycuts....Unfortunately there is no "quick" way per se....Like Bootybabe said (hah, I love the name) it is all about your diet. If there were a quick and easy way, everyone would be walking around with shredded abs.

My advice to you is to search some of the articles on the site....There are some great sample diets as well as training articles. In my experience, those who look for the "fast" way to get things done are the ones that don't last. That is not to knock you at all!!!!! I'm just saying...Slow and steady will win the race.

DIET, cardio, good sleep and lots of water, oh ya, ya keep pumping out the crunches all day (w/ weights is great)
