View Full Version : NEED HELP! Want To Drop Bodyfat But Maintain Weight In Muscle!

Hey there everyone.
I'm a new member and I figured I'd give this a try. I've been weightlifting and training for 8 months now, but I can't seem to get my diet and nutrition right. I'm 5"10 and weigh in at 110kgs (243lbs) but quite a bit is bodyfat. I really want to drop my bodyfat percentage right down, but wish to keep around the same weight (but obviously in muscle), if this means dropping bodyfat first then re-gaining the weight through training then so be it but I was wondering if anybody knew how to do both at once? Also, I don't know how many meals a day I should be eating. I know some people who eat 8 small meals a day to gain muscle and I'm wondering if I should do the same so that I'm gaining muscle but just change calorie intake so that I'm dropping fat also.
Any help and opinions welcome!!

Eat 1g of protien/ per lb of bodyweight .
Start at a 500caloric deficient.
Lift heavy .
