Okay so i have hit a brick wall i am need a little help getting back on the top side.
I was looking at supremecy(sp). I hear great things about it and have seen a few guys in the gym who have taken it. my diet is in check has been for several months now. Just wanting to get out of this slump and help me get to my goal of 200lbs. So far i have reached all my goals with a steady diet and my routine. Any suggestions supplement wise would be great. Thanks.

haha ya i guess i should state what i take:
Creatine mono
fish oils
multi
zma
sp250
ammino acid complex
on 100% whey
and a few other small things

i have taken several others just money was tight on my last order so i had to go back to the basics kinda. Now that the birthday came around i got some extra cash flow i can spend.

ya i need to update my addy. I have reached that goal i am now 182 at 10%bf. I reached it aug 3,2009. Sense then i havent been able to get up on the weights or been able to get my weight to go up more than 2 lbs and then it goes down a pound then back up 2 and then back down 1 its really pissing me off haha. Any suggestions as a good new supplement that would help me get back in the aggresive mood in the gym.
