I know this gets posted a million times a day, but not by me :D So, here it goes.

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast, 2 slices of bacon, 3 eggs, slice of tomato and lettuce = 580 cals

1 cup milk + 1 scoop whey = 270

Lunch - 1 pack of Ramen noodles = 380 cals :D

4 oz steak

Dinner - 4 oz steak + post cardio shake = 375

I'm 5'8 and 187, trying to average 1800 cals a day. I want to get down to one 160 and then bulk up. My maintenance is 2500 so I'm aiming for around 600 calorie deficit. Also trying to do one hour of cardio 5 days a week.

Anything I need to change up?

If your diet's in check you shouldn't have to do that much cardio(unless of course you want to). Hit the usual 1g of protein per lb of lean mass and get a FitDay account to record your caloric intake. Don't cut that many calories starting off if you're not in any rush. Look into taking some EFAs as well.

why lose then bulk? why not just bulk from the get go and cut after.
