View Full Version : Cellmass 2nd Serving Question

I work out right after work; usually complete with my workout somewhere between 6-7pm. I take Cellmass immediately afterwards (while I'm at the gym). My question is when I should take the second serving. I know the label says 6-8 hrs before/after the 1st serving. I've been going to bed and then if I happen to wake up at like 2 or 3am to take a leak, I'll take my second serving; If not, I just take it when I wake up in the morning (1st thing).

Should I instead be taking it 6-8 hrs before I go to the gym? Or am I okay taking it in the wee-hours at night / morning? I'd say I wake up and take it maybe 3/7 days in the week otherwise in first thing in the morning. I'm not real sure on the science behind the timeline between the servings so I'm not really sure what's the best.
