Hey guys this is what i was thinking about for tomorrow's breakfast:

-one and a half cups of whole grain cheerios
-one cup of skim milk
-two hard broiled eggs
-one small apple

calories-510, protein-25 grams, carbs-75 grams, fat-12 grams

Dont overthink it, just eat a good mix of carbs protein and fat, you arent a bodybuilder, you are a football player
