View Full Version : Muscle Juice 2544 ??

Okay so i got a tub of muscle juice 2544 - Ultimate Nutrition is the brand btw. Thing is - one serving packs 1020 calories - i dont really need that much so i take half serving (2 scoops).

I used to take it before bedtime as it has a 6 hr protein release cycle but theres a problem with that - i put on quite a bit - dont want the extra inches.

Its loaded with a lot of simple sugars (60 g sugars per serving and 152 g carbs - so half servings will hav 30g sugs and 71 g carbs) - so im wondering if i should take it pre w/o or post w/o. Bedtime is def a no no as thats jsut gonna add unwanted bulk - im not a hard gainer by any means but i gotta finish this tub nonetheless.

So suggestions anyone ? Post Or Pre w/o ftw ?

EDIT: Whey protein is usually what i take post w/o. P:C:F are 40/40/20 - 2800-3000 cals on w.t days and 1900-2100 on cardio days. So muscle juice fits in on the w.t days to get those cals up.

One scoop pre and one scoop post? Both pre? Both post? Why not try it out and see which suits you best? And as long as your calories are in check, taking it before bed shouldn't make a noticeable difference...

well im trying out 2 scoops pre atm - lets see how that goes - started it off today.
