I lost a lot of fat and muscle mass recently and I want to clean bulk because i gain fat easily. my bmr is 1500 cals without any form of exercise or anything, so would a 40-40-20 ratio be good and roughly 2500 cals be legit per day?

get the protein you need (1g+ / lb body weight), EFAs (fish oil), fiber (fruits/veg or supplement) and do the rest how you want.

You'll probably need more calories than that.
