Ight so I got down to 283 and now I'm stuck... I'v been here for 3 weeks now with no weight difference and no difference in the mirror... Changed up my diet a little and my workout routine and still nothing.... anyone got any ideas how to jump start it again

What's your diet look like? Macros/Calorie Intake.
What's your workout routine look like?

Here are some basic suggestions:
Lower Calories
Do more Cardio
