I picked up 12 cans of tuna today since it was on sale, the Starkist Chunk Light was only $0.50 a can on sale, usually like $1.50!

Anyways, besides just eating the tuna on bread, what are some other tasty options for tuna?

Also, usually Starkist tuna is dry and firm, but the can I had earlier was mushy, and really watery, the tuna looked like it desinigrated or something, any ideas whats up?

I usually, open the can, dry the water and grab a spoon. I put a chunck in my mouth and chase it out with some crystal light lemon flavor and swallow. It takes me a min to eat the whole thing.

I dont know why but Im a crazy fan of canned tuna, the smoked olive oil version and the olive oil versions are my favourite. If it comes in water you can open the can, put it in a small container, put some olive oil in top and let marinate for an hour or so in the fridge, or you can toss it with rice, beans or even chili sauce! =)

Tuna quesadillas are surprisingly good. Mix tuna with a little bit of cream cheese, onion, and shredded cheese for the filling. Fill one half of tortilla. Fold and brown in skillet.

Yesterday I did this:

1/2 cup canned tomatoes (could use sauce, anything)
1/2 cup cheese (mix of fat free cheddar, and low fat mozzarella)
2 tortilla shells
1 can tuna
spices to flavor

Split the ingredients between the two shells, make a pizza. Bake for 10 or so minutes, until cheese starts to brown and shell gets a little crunchy. Tasted really good, the fishy tuna flavor wasn't there.
